The MHE Collection strives to bring a classic look and feel in a variety of materials for you to be able to customize the furniture to your scene and your tastes! Each set also comes with some unique plants that one can use to create a lush, relaxing environment for your characters to live in.
Modern Home Essentials Pack 04 contains several seating options in the form of a comfy bench and leather-clad dining chair. A large credenza with peek-through doors is set up as a bar, including storage for glasses, drawers, built-in wine bottle holders, and additional shelves for everything else! The dining table comes in three options to fit your needs, a large table that can fit up to 8 people, a smaller version for 6, and a small square one that can be a great breakfast nook. Also included, are 3 snake plants, to help green up the space and bring some life into it. For decorating your spaces, two sized candle holders and two vases are included, as well as everything you'd need for your dinner party: forks, knives, plates, bowls, a serving tray and of course, wine glasses, a decanter, and a bottle of red ready for pouring!
The set was made with detail in mind, to sell realism. The bench each comes with various panels and piped cushions, as well as a visible structure underneath the couches you'd expect to see in a real piece of furniture and the joints of various pieces come together in natural ways to simulate how real furniture is made.
Finally, most props come with several material zones to allow you to replace and customize each prop as much as possible using your own materials or shaders!
